Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on video editing and motion graphics to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and impactful content that elevates our brand and engages our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Design:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Create compelling visual narratives through motion graphics and animation.
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print collateral.
- Video Production:Produce high-quality videos, including explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Edit and assemble video footage, add visual effects, and incorporate sound design to enhance storytelling.
- Utilize advanced video editing techniques to create seamless and engaging video experiences.
- Motion Graphics:Design and animate motion graphics, titles, and transitions to enhance visual impact.
- Create dynamic and visually appealing animations that captivate the audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics.
- Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on video editing and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and storytelling techniques.
- Experience with video editing techniques, including cutting, splicing, and adding transitions.
- Proven ability to create visually stunning motion graphics and animations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and engaging visual content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including video editing and motion graphics projects.
