Data Associate

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Role Overview: We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner, good with analytical abilities and good attention to details. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering accurate, timely and business-relevant analysis of assigned data. 


Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following – 

  • Understand the lifecycle of the speech data processing.
  • Identify and create business relevant key-words & phrases and document them.
  • Conduct research on identifying new parameters for targeted or new industries. 
  • Decode various key-words from existing audio data.
  • Develop processes for effective analysis, documentation and reporting. 
  • Audit calls through the internal portal and build various parameters and work towards improving accuracy of the parameters. 
  • Work on other projects as assigned. 


Education & Experience: 

  • Graduate in any domain. 
  • 0-1 year of work experience in a similar role. 


Key Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Experience and proficiency with data analytics tools is preferred.
